FIRE crews are tackling a blaze at a block of flats in Kent where flames were seen billowing from the top floor.
Kent Fire & Rescue Service are on the scene at Holborough Lakes, Snodland, and were called out at 6.48am.
The service confirmed that 15 fire engines are in attendance and and that half of the building, which contained 22 flats, was on fire when they arrived.
They are now working to contain the blaze and stop it spreading to other properties at the housing development.
